Alde Valley lamb organic lamb from Debenham, Simon Robert’s Union Farm, Blythburgh, Robert Simonds’s farm in Oxburgh and Free Range Sutton Hoo poultry. On the Delicatessen counter there are over 40 different English & continental cheeses, and the larder boasts homemade quiches & desserts (roulades, treacle tarts, apple pies).
